"After driving 3 hours to this venue, I now know that traffic is AWFUL. I will leave even earlier next time. The concert had already started by the time we got to our AMAZING SEATS (5 rows from front), even though we left early enough. Was a little nervous with so few wearing masks (we did) but hoped our vaccination and masking would protect us up a notch. We also couldn't get a Lyft or Uber or taxi or limo home after the concert. We took a Lyft there and ended up having to cancel our prescheduled ride home since the concert was off track starting late, etc. We assume once the crowds died down, we could reschedule. WRONG. We were still sitting in the parking lot (with phones dying) trying to find help. Shout out to guest services and the ANGEL who volunteered (refused pay) to drive us home. He was an employee of Live Nation and his fiancé in guest services introduced us. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Give them both raises. SERIOUSLY!"
